Brett Marshall
Brett is a strong advocate of positive change for the quality landscape in Asia. He actively drives improvements in risk management in the cold chain, supplier management and digitization opportunities to move towards Industry 4.0 in the quality space. He is also a strong supporter of sustainability and a certified sustainable supply chain professional.
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Brett has a bachelor's degree in transport & logistics management from RMIT. He has 25 years of experience in executive management, logistics & supply chain, business process transformation and quality assurance and 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He has spent more than 20 years living in Asia including Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Bangladesh and now Singapore.
Oscar Sanchez Salinas
An accomplished business leader with a focus on Logistics & Distribution, Supply Chain Optimization and Strategic Management, Oscar hold 18 years working experience on three continents, with Blue Chip companies in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG and Logistics industries.
His academic credentials include an MBA and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. Oscar recently completed a Graduate Certificate of Operational Excellence.
Minh Tran
Minh Tran leads a global technical commercial team in helping organizations adopt innovative technologies, including PAT, automation, and data management solutions, to drive their digital transformation toward Biopharma 4.0. Minh applies his 30+ years’ of industry experience when designing and implementing robust solutions for data digitization, systems connectivity, process automation, PAT, and data management for pharma and biopharma manufacturers. Prior to joining Merck, Minh was Chief Operating Officer at Stelis Biopharma and a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer at Amgen. Minh holds a Bachelor of Science (honors) degree in microbiology from the University of Washington.
Timothy Chow
Tim joined WuXi Biologics in 2023 as Head of Process Engineering Validation of Singapore site. He is responsible for the commissioning, qualification and validation (CQV) of the new Contract Research Development and Manufacturing Organization center in Singapore. Prior to WuXi Biologics, he served in Tessa Therapeutics as Director of Technology Validation for the start-up of the new Cell and Gene Therapy manufacturing facility in Singapore, and also in Takeda Global Validation for the start-up of the recombinant proteins facilities in Singapore.
Tim has more than 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceuticals industry with various roles in Engineering, MSAT and Compliance covering multiple green fields start-up, NPI, enterprise systems deployments projects. His CQV experience includes Facilities, Utilities and Equipment, Computerized System Validation, Cleaning Validation, Sterilization in Place, Aseptic Process Simulation, Shipping, and Process Validation. He holds a MEng (Hons) in Biochemical Engineering from University College London.
Leonora Lim
Leonora Lim is Director of Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Global Delivery Solutions in Asia Pacific. She has over 24 years of experience in the third-party logistics industry, exclusively supporting the life sciences and healthcare sector in the Asia Pacific region across forwarding, warehousing and courier services. Leonora has interacted with supply chain leaders across Fortune 500 companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer healthcare space, driving logistics solutions and innovation to help deliver healthcare to patients. In her last role as the regional sector lead for life sciences & healthcare at DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation, she was also involved in the COVID-19 task force to deploy vaccines, test kits and ancillaries in the region.
At BMS, Leonora is responsible for the optimization and management of the logistics network for getting commercial product to customers, designing and deploying the infrastructure and solutions to enable the optimal storage and distribution of product to serve the patients.
Leonora holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and an Executive MBA from Singapore Management University.
Jeff Ten
Jeff Ten, the Senior Director of Supply and Logistics at Parexel, holds more than 18 years of progressive experience in Clinical Research. His expertise extends to regional oversight of Clinical Trials Supplies and Logistics teams, with a focus on various therapeutic areas including Metabolic, Oncology, Infectious Diseases, and Psychology. Additionally, he has over 8 years of Central Lab Project Management and lab management experience.
In his current role, Jeff leads the Clinical Trial Supplies and Logistics operations for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. His contributions to Parexel have been instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials and the efficient management of supplies.
Stefan Braun
Stefan is managing director of SmartCAE, where he works extensively in the field of mathematical modeling of technical systems--with a strong focus on thermal modeling. His software SmartCAEThermalpackaging , SmartCAETemperatureProfils and SmartCAELaneRisk are used worldwide for risk-based simulation of cold chain.
Armin Feurstein
Currently in his fourth year at ELPRO, Armin Feurstein serves as a product manager and cold chain monitoring solution expert primarily responsible for the company’s LIBERO hardware and associated software products supporting strategic development, sales, marketing and services.
Armin has extensive experience as an applications engineer relating to communication technology and network infrastructure, in addition to biomedical testing equipment and ventilation technology. His background includes key leadership roles in market segment management, national sales management, and global sales and distribution management.
He is a graduate of the Liechtenstein School of Engineering and his educational background includes training in electronics and communications engineering, including post graduate studies in business administration and management.
Andiyanto Sutandar, PhD, PMP
Andiyanto is a Consulting Director with NNIT Singapore, leading the Manufacturing Science and Technology service unit. He has broad and in-depth experience in technology transfer, NPI, risk management, deviation and NC management, supply chain management, manufacturing workflow optimization and project management in the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, Andi has expertise in infection control risk management and design & management of high containment facilities for infectious diseases research.
Andi has been a volunteer with PDA Singapore Chapter since 2015 and has previously served as Secretary of PDA Singapore Chapter board. He holds a PhD in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
Linda Kim
Linda Kim is the Founder & CEO of Cold Chain Platform (CCP), a pioneering online information hub focused on the cold chain and logistics of the pharmaceutical industry. Under her leadership, CCP has emerged as a key resource, sharing global cold chain logistics information and connecting industry professionals.
