The webinar series is for all life science practitioners in Supply Chain, Logistics, Packaging Engineering, Cold Chain, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, Clinical Supply and Commercial Operations or Warehousing. The sessions will include case studies, strategies and tools to preserve the safety and efficacy of temperature-sensitive products in-transit and in-storage.

Moderator:
Geoffrey Glauser, former Merck/Pfizer Supply Chain Executive and consultant to the US Department of Health and Human Services/ASPR/BARDA, is a well-known industry subject matter expert and retired consultant that most recently supported the Pharmaceutical Countermeasures Infrastructure Division of the Biomedical Advancement Research Development Authority (BARDA) within the US Dept. of Health and Human Services. He is a contributing technical author to the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) and the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE). He worked with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in Sierra Leone on a Phase 2-3 Ebola vaccine, and therapeutic project team clinical trials during the 2014-5 outbreak addressing field operations, products handling, regulatory, cost savings, quality and planning issues.

Rich Nelson, Senior Manager of Global Logistics, PCI Pharma Services, is the Senior Manager of Global Logistics for PCI Clinical Services in Rockford, IL, USA. He has been part of the PCI team for 9 years and is responsible for maintaining the global courier and depot networks, as well as managing IRT integrations, and Import/Export activities. Rich has over 15 years of experience in the Clinical Services industry, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University.
Victoria Wilmore, Senior Manager, DELIVER Quality Services, Johnson and Johnson, is currently the Johnson & Johnson global Temperature Control Support Center Director. She has acted as the subject matter expert (SME) for temperature control supporting the launch of the Janssen emergency use authorization COVID-19 vaccine in the US and Europe. In addition, she has played a key role in the qualification and implementation of temperature control solutions (active & passive) in North America protecting pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer products. She brings over 15 years of J&J supply chain experience with a focus on Quality. She current resides in Dallas, TX with her husband and two children.
